The core differences
Brightwater is one of the newest luxury communities in Huntington Beach, built on the Bolsa Chica mesa with newer systems and floor plans and proximity to the wetlands and the bluff trail. There are no private docks, which keeps the diligence closer to a standard purchase.
Huntington Harbour is the city's waterfront, the islands of Trinidad, Davenport, Gilbert, Humboldt, and Admiralty plus the mainland sections, where a home can come with a private dock. That dock is part of the value and part of the diligence: seawall condition, slip length and beam, water depth, and air-draft to the lowest fixed bridge on the route to open water all matter.
It's mostly a question of whether you want a boat at your back door.
