Reading this site, submitting a form, or exchanging emails with us does not make us your real estate agent and does not create a fiduciary duty. A brokerage relationship begins only when you and Compass sign a written representation agreement. Until then, anything we tell you is general information, offered in good faith, not advice given on your behalf as your agent.

They are not appraisals, they are not a broker’s price opinion prepared for a lender, and no one should rely on them for a loan, a settlement, a tax filing, or a court proceeding. Calculator results are illustrations using the numbers you enter, not quotes or offers of credit.

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top tells you when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
