How do you handle the referral agreement?
In writing, before we ever contact your client. Compass-to-Compass we use the internal referral network; outside Compass we use a standard broker-to-broker referral agreement. Your fee is documented up front and paid through escrow at closing. We are not tax or legal professionals, so happy to walk through the specifics on a quick call.
How fast do you reach out to a referred client?
Same day, usually within the hour. You will get a note confirming we connected, and updates at every milestone after that: consult, showings or listing prep, offer, escrow, close. Your client never wonders what happened, and neither do you.
Does the client stay your client?
Yes. We treat every referral as a relationship you built and trusted us with. We handle the Huntington Beach side, keep you in the loop the whole way, and hand the relationship back when they need anything in your market.
What areas do you cover?
