Compass-to-Compass through the internal referral network, or a standard broker-to-broker agreement outside Compass. Your fee is documented before we contact your client and paid through escrow at closing.

Your fee is documented up front and paid through escrow at closing. We are not tax or legal professionals, so happy to walk through the specifics on a quick call.
