Communities
Huntington Beach communities, by area.
Huntington Beach is really eight distinct areas, each with its own streets, price ranges, and feel. Start with an area below, then open it for the individual neighborhoods and tracts inside it. Each community brief is the consolidated local-knowledge document we hand a serious buyer or seller before the first walkthrough.

Beyond Huntington Beach
We work the coast in both directions, from Seal Beach to San Clemente.
Newport Beach, Costa Mesa, Fountain Valley, Dana Point, and the rest of coastal Orange County, each with its own market, neighborhoods, and waterfront.

Written from the streets, not the stats
Every brief here comes from a father and son who sell these blocks.
Craig has worked this coastline since 1977. Justin grew up on it. The community pages are the same local-knowledge documents we hand a serious buyer or seller before the first walkthrough: dock geometry, tide quirks, school zones, the streets that trade off-market.
Next step
Looking at a specific community? Tell us which one.
If your timeline is the next 6 to 12 months, the conversation starts now, not at listing day. We'll pull active and off-market Compass inventory for the right water orientation, the right school zone, or the right vessel size.
