Everything on this page is free, takes effect immediately or within 45 days depending on the request, and will never change how we treat you as a client.
Do we sell or share your personal information?
No. Not for money, not for anything else of value, and not for cross-context behavioral advertising. There is no advertising network, retargeting pixel, or data broker on this site, and there never has been. So there is no sale to opt out of, and we would rather say that than show you a button that does nothing.

See, correct, or delete what we hold about you
Email justin.ratowsky@compass.com with the subject line “Privacy request” — that link opens a message with the wording already filled in — or call 714-336-5682 and say you are making a privacy request.
We confirm receipt within 10 business days and answer within 45 calendar days. If your request is complicated we may take up to 90 days total, and we will tell you before we do. To protect you, we will ask you to confirm two pieces of information we already hold before we release or delete anything.
An authorized agent can act for you with your signed written permission or a power of attorney.
Global Privacy Control
If you turn on a Global Privacy Control signal in your browser, we detect it and opt you out automatically, on this site and on every browser you enable it in. You do not have to come back here.
Stop calls, texts, and email
Reply STOP to any text. Tell us on any call. Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email. Any of the three reaches the same list, and stopping marketing does not stop us from answering something you asked us.
