Ratowsky Group is Craig and Justin Ratowsky, a father and son working Huntington Beach and the coastal Orange County market out of Compass at 303 3rd Street #200. Justin is a third-generation California Realtor®: his grandmother on his mother’s side, Maurine, was a California Realtor® licensed since 1947 (read the family’s story). Craig has sold this coast since 1977, and Justin grew up in the business and now runs its modern marketing.

Together they bring 58+ years of combined experience and a simple way of working: two sets of eyes on every contract, old-school relationships paired with new-school systems, and your interests protected at every step. They’ve sold 900+ homes here, from first condos near the pier to harbour-front estates, and most of their business still comes from people they’ve already worked with. Some clients have been with Craig since the late 1970s. Others met Justin last year.
