Ratowsky Group is Craig and Justin Ratowsky, a father and son working Huntington Beach and the coastal Orange County market out of Compass at 303 3rd Street #200. It’s a third-generation real estate family. Craig’s mother, Maurine, was a California Realtor®, Craig has sold this coast since 1977, and Justin grew up in the business and now runs its modern marketing.

Together they bring 58 years of combined experience and a simple way of working: two sets of eyes on every contract, old-school relationships paired with new-school systems, and your interests protected at every step. They’ve sold 900+ homes here, from first condos near the pier to harbour-front estates, and most of their business still comes from people they’ve already worked with. Some clients have been with Craig since the late 1970s. Others met Justin last year.
